I keep a very low profile for many reasons, but thought that perhaps
I might assist with your Chakra work. Each chakra corresponds to
an elemental aspect and colour; AND you start from the BOTTOM
and work up. To truly "understand" each chakra, you meditate every
day for 7 days concentrating on only the one specific chakra and its
elemental aspects, then move up one and work there for 7 days, etc..
If you miss even one day, you must start completely over from the
bottom; building your way through the elements. Finally, when you
reach the "crown" chakra, you do what is called a "wrapping the
chakras" - this is usually only for higher level students and I will
not go into detail (if and when you're ready, you'll figure it out).
In my previous tradition, the HP would take an initiate's cingulum
and holding it at the "crown" position, tie a knot in the belt at each
of the individual's chakra positions. That way the cingulum could
only relate/belong to one individual - each person's chakras are in
approximately the same vicinity (with a little variance), but the
distances between the knots are completely different person-to-person.
The reason for the "blurring" of your 3 lower chakras is because
you haven't studied and 'mastered' each of these elements
individually.
This does require effort/desire/dedication, but is well worth the
work - if you can truly separate and 'control' the individual
elements,
then you can "hold" that station within the circle and balance the
elements. This is what makes your magick work.
The "pelvic chakra" as you referred to it is 'Earth' and 'red'. This
corresponds to the basic 'earthiness' of the body - the mundane
plane and everything it encompasses. (Remember that it is "feminine".)
The next chakra is the abdomen and corresponds to 'Water'; it's
colour is 'Orange'. Again it is a feminine element and deals with
emotions.
Moving up to the solar plexis is the 'Yellow' chakra corresponding
to 'Fire'. It is masculine and relates to will/desire.
Continuing up the body, you will next locate the heart chakra, which
is 'Green' and corresponds to 'Air'. This is also masculine, but
relates to dreams/thoughts.
The throat located chakra is 'Blue' and relates to spirit/ether and
controls communication.
Your "third eye" chakra is roughly in the centre, but slightly above
your eyes. This chakra's colour is 'Indigo' and corresponds to
The crown chakra is 'Purple' and corresponds to Diety.
Yes, doing this exercise/study DOES make you more "powerful",
i.e. raises TONS of energy; but remember to control and direct
your energy to a specific purpose, and don't just "send it out".
Things do happen! The "grounding" afterwards is also so that
you don't "overload" your system - yes, alot of the energy is
generated internally, but you are also drawing from the elements
themselves around you. Send that extra energy back to the Goddess/
Earth Mother - direct it to help heal the earth itself, then "commune"
(eat, drink, etc.) while still within the circle. Then close and
dismiss
your circle and go about your business.
